General terms and conditions of sale

 

Article 1 : Application
The general terms and conditions of sale apply in an exclusive way to the current trade and future trade between Mr MIHALI Enkelejd, 172, Avenue Pierre Sauvaigo, Aigue-Marine – 06700 St Laurent du Var – France and theauthor of the order (« you »). Any condition non conformity with our general conditions that you could formulate will be rejected unless we do not have any expressly and written regognised applicability.


Article 2 : The order
We commit ourselves accepting your order under the terms of these general conditions of sale.
We ask you to note that we will respond to your order within the limit of available stock or subject to available stock a tour suppliers.

At time of your order, we will inform you of the availability of the products that you wish to purchase.
Nevertheless, in inspite of our vigilance, the products you ordered become temporarily or definitely unavailable we will inform you by e-mail and will in turn invite you to cancel or modify you order.

By confirming your order, you accept the entirety of these general conditions of sale placed at your disposal on the site, and admit having a perfect knowledge of the terms and conditions renoncing of the fact to prevail you of any document contradictory and in particular of your own general conditions of purchase, the act of purchase involving the acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.
This confirmation as well as the entire data which we will have recorded will constitute the evidence of our transactions.

Article 3 : The price
The prices indicated in euro are established excluding postage and handling of your order. We reserve ourselves the right to modify our prices on a constant basis, however, we commit ourselves to apply the tariffs in force at the time of our order.

Article 4 : Payment
The price is applicable immediately at the date of the order.
You can carry out the payment by cheque, money order, cash or through Paypal (I ACCEPT PAYPAL mail : ENKELEJDMIHALI@aol.com ). The Paypal payment offers you the complete security measures required as the system uses the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer). The transmitted informations is crypted by special software and cannot be read at time of transmission on the network.
Payment by bank cheque is drawn from a bank in France.

Article 5 : Delivery
Except otherwise informed, the delivery will be made to the address which you indicated at the time of your order.
The risks will be in your hands from the date and time on which the products would have left our premises.
The periods of delivery are onlyindicative, except if,due to unfore seen circumstances and exceptional cases, we are committed or committed ourselves in respecting a precise date of delivery.
If you choose to pay by bank cheque the order will be treated only after receipt of this one and the deadlines will run in consequence.

Article 6 : Returns and Refunds
Any return of article within 10 honest days, counting from the time we received your order (by indicating the order number to which it is referring) in relation to an exchange or reimbursement will be carried out without any penalty.
The costs involved in the return of the article will nevertheless be at your charge, except if the return is due to an error on our behalf.
Only the returned products which are complete and in good condition and in their original packing such as we woul have delivered them, will be taken back or exchanged.

The methods of conservation and the defects are described with rigour in all science and conscience.

At the end of the 10 days delay (deadline) the delivered products will be conform to your order and accepted by you.
